Heading to Texas there was some sadness that we were heading to the final round of our debut season in the PCCNA, but Bayley Hall was joining us again with continued support from 8TWELVE wheels, so it was cool to finish year 1 with a couple of Aussie young guns.
We had shown good pace at a test we had done a month earlier, so as usual we were confident of solid results.
COTA was another awesome weekend for Tom nabbing his first PCCNA pole and two more podiums to round out the year and seal 2nd in the drivers championship with, a pole, a race win and 10 podiums from 18 races. Bayley was so close to an epic weekend where 2/10ths of a second in qualifying would have taken him from P10 to the second row of the grid, which would have kept him free of the carnage.
